Hello, I'm Camilla!!!

I was born and raised in Brazil and my first language is Portuguese. I moved to The States in 2015 and I get to call this country my home away from home. Living here has been an incredible journey; I learned a new language, met the love of my life, started my own business and accomplished things I never thought I would.

When I moved to The U.S at the age of 19 one of my biggest challenge was figuring out what career I would pursue. Back when I still lived in Brazil I did some freelance modeling and absolutely loved being in front of the camera, so I continued to do that here but after a few years of modeling I started to wonder what it would be like to be the one behind the camera, so I started to research and learn more about photography, needless to say that I fell in love and soon purchased my first camera.

I loved being able create beautiful photos and I soon realized that's what I wanted to do for a living! There's just something about being able to freeze a moment in time and turn it into something tangible that completely drew me to this career. The most important things in our lives are also the most intangible – like love, affection, joy and our memories and those are the things I thrive to capture in each and every Session/Wedding. I'm passionate about preserving memories in the form of a photograph.

As a photographer my main goal is to capture those candid in between moments that may go unnoticed during your wedding day or may be forgotten over the years due to a busy lifestyle. My focus isn't on the awkward posed photos, I show up to every Wedding/Session with a storyteller mindset ready to tell your story through timeless photographs that will truly showcase who you are and how you were feeling at that given moment in your life. I thrive for photos that speak for themselves, your photos are your legacy, they will tell your story for many generations and that is why I don't take it lightly when my clients choose me to preserve their memories.
